1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Compliance

By downloading, creating an account, or using the LottSaver application (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. LottSaver is an informational and tracking utility. While the Service itself does not facilitate real-money gambling, you explicitly acknowledge that the purchase of official lottery products outside of this Service is governed by local jurisdictional laws, which strictly require individuals to be 18 years of age or older.

2. Service Scope (The “Non-Gambling” Rule)

• No Wagering: LottSaver is a purely independent simulation and analytical tool. We do not sell lottery tickets, facilitate bets, hold user funds, or pay out prizes.
• Independent Entity:We operate entirely independently and have NO affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or commercial relationship with “The Lott”, Tatts Group, Golden Casket, NSW Lotteries, or any state-owned or official lottery corporation.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium Features: Subscriptions (e.g., Yearly Premium) grant access to advanced analytical charts, unlimited historical data, and automated result processing capabilities.
• Billing Infrastructure: Payments are securely processed through third-party platforms (Apple App Store or Google Play) via RevenueCat. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Refund Policy:In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), refunds for digital services are generally not provided for “change of mind.” Because transactions are processed by Apple or Google, all refund requests must be directed to the respective platform's customer support.

4. Accuracy & Liability Disclaimer (CRITICAL)

• Best Effort Basis:Draw results, analytics, and historical data are fetched from public sources and processed algorithmically. While we strive for absolute accuracy, the Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We provide no guarantee or warranty regarding the correctness, completeness, or timeliness of the data.
• Absolute Verification Obligation: You bear the absolute legal and financial responsibility to manually verify your physical lottery tickets with an official retailer or authorized official channel before claiming any prize or discarding any ticket.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Jinwen Wu (trading as LottSaver) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (financial, emotional, or otherwise) arising from:
  • Incorrect, missing, or delayed draw results and analytical data.
  • Failure or latency of push notifications and email delivery systems.
  • The accidental disposal of a winning ticket or missed prize claims based on reliance upon this Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of use, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt our proprietary scraping backend, database infrastructure (Supabase), or cloud functions.
• Bypass, manipulate, or forge StoreKit/RevenueCat subscription receipt validation checks.
• Use the Service for any illegal activities or violations of Australian federal or territory laws.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the ACT.
