LottSaver (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and international App Store compliance standards.

2. Information Collection and Use

For a structured and authenticated user experience, we require and collect the following personally identifiable information:

• Contact Info: Your Email Address and Name (when signing up or authenticating via Email, Google, or Apple OAuth).
• Identifiers: Your User ID generated by authentication providers to secure your account.
• Advertising Identifiers:We may collect third-party advertising identifiers (such as Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS and Google Advertising ID (AAID) on Android) for advertising purposes.
• Purchases: Your Purchase History verified via third-party systems to manage your premium subscription status.
• User Content: Lottery numbers you manually input to provide our core matching and tracking service.
• Diagnostics: Crash Data and basic automated usage data (such as device operating system and app launch times) to monitor system performance.

We do not gather precise information about the real-time geographical location of your mobile device.

3. Infrastructure & Third-Party Disclosures

We engage trusted third-party service providers to facilitate app functionality and analyze technical diagnostics. These partners have independent privacy policies governing their data handling:

• Supabase: Identity, authentication, and database management.
• RevenueCat: Subscription validation and transaction status processing.
• Microsoft Azure: Cloud infrastructure, background matching, and data fetching workflows.
• Expo (650 Industries): Push notification routing (Expo Push Tokens).
• Google AdMob:To serve advertisements (for non-subscribers). Google AdMob utilizes advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID) to deliver and personalize ads.

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion (Critical Compliance)

In accordance with Australian law and App Store mandates, you maintain absolute control over your data:

• In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal records directly within the App Settings.
• Manual Request: You may request complete erasure of your User Provided Data by contacting [email protected].

Note: Simply uninstalling the Application does not automatically purge your account credentials from our cloud database.

5. Advertising & Tracking (IDFA / AAID Compliance)

We integrate third-party mobile advertisements (such as Google AdMob) within the application for non-subscribers. To deliver advertisements, the application uses third-party advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA on iOS and Google Advertising ID on Android) for advertising purposes.

You can manage your tracking preferences or opt out of personalized tracking at any time through your device settings:

• iOS:Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and adjust the toggle for LottSaver.
• Android:Go to Settings > Privacy > Ads, and select “Opt out of Ads Personalization” or reset/delete your advertising ID.

6. Children's Privacy

The Application does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will execute immediate server-side deletion.

7. Security

We deploy industry-standard physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to secure and protect the confidentiality of all processed and maintained information.
