Aki Fukaku operates every app and service below. If you see a charge from AKIFUKAKUon your card statement, it is for one of them — the product name usually follows. Pick the product to reach the right place.

Billing questions

• Cancel a subscription:bought on a website — use the product's account or billing page, or email us; iPhone — Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android — Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting an app does not cancel a store subscription.
• Refunds:website purchases — email the product's support address with your order details; in-app purchases — request through Apple or Google Play. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply — see our General Terms of Sale.
• Don't recognise a charge? Email [email protected]with the date and amount and we'll find it.
