2. CORE COMMITMENT: SELFIE RETENTION & DELETION

• Strict 24-Hour Deletion: Any source selfie or reference photo you upload is stored temporarily in private, encrypted cloud storage solely to render your portraits and allow optional free redos. All uploaded user selfies are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours.
• NO AI Model Training: Your uploaded photos and personal likeness are NEVER used to train, retrain, fine-tune, or improve any public or private artificial intelligence models.
• Zero Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, or monetize your images or personal data to data brokers or third parties.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Uploaded Images: Facial photos provided specifically for generating the requested portrait themes.
• Platform Identifiers: Your platform-specific user ID (such as Telegram or Discord user ID) for delivery routing and session context. We do not inspect your private chats or social contacts.
• Transaction Records: Order IDs, theme selections, timestamp, and payment status for fulfilment and audit compliance.

4. THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE & SAFETY

To deliver the Service, image generation requests are processed through enterprise API infrastructure (including Google Cloud Vertex AI) governed by strict zero-retention commercial terms. Automated safety screening (Cloud Vision SafeSearch) inspects imagery exclusively to filter illegal, explicit, or harmful content before delivery.

5. YOUR RIGHTS AND DATA ERASURE

You have the right to request immediate deletion of your active order records and generated media at any time. Simply send a message or request support, and our automated lifecycle sweeps will immediately purge any remaining non-deleted media tokens associated with your session.
