1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using AI Portrait Studio ("Service", "Bot", "we", "us", or "our"), including via Telegram, Discord, or our web applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

• 2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service.
• 2.2 Consent & Identity: You represent and warrant that any photo or selfie you upload is an image of yourself, or that you have obtained explicit written consent from the depicted individual. You must not upload photos of minors under any circumstances.
• 2.3 Prohibited Content: You must not attempt to generate or request imagery depicting nudity, sexualized acts, extreme violence, hate speech, self-harm, or defamation. All generated images pass through automated safety filters. Any attempt to bypass safety guardrails may result in immediate suspension of access.

3. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

• 3.1 Pay-as-you-go: The Service operates strictly on a per-order basis. There are no recurring subscription commitments.
• 3.2 Payment Processors: Transactions are handled through official platform rails (such as Telegram Stars) or certified third-party payment providers (Stripe). We do not store your credit card details.
• 3.3 Delivery Guarantee: We curate each generation package. If an order fails to produce the minimum threshold of passing quality portraits due to system failure, the order is eligible for automatic re-generation or refund according to our service specifications.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP

You retain all rights to the original photos you upload. Subject to full payment and compliance with these Terms, you are granted a worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and share the AI-generated portrait images created for you through the Service.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. AI models are probabilistic in nature; likeness fidelity and artistic styling may vary. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AkiFukaku and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
